Berikut CARA MERESET PRINTER / ERROR INK CARTRIDGES are not installed properly (error e5) :

step 1 : tekan power on/off
step 2 : masukan kabel power, power tetap di tekan
step 3 : tekan tombol reset 1x, lepaskan tombol power, tekan reset dua kali lagi sampai qqqqqq menjadi 0 (tekan tombol tanpa jeda)
step 4 : tekan tombol + untuk merubah 0 ke 1
step 5 : tekan tombol power –> tombol start sampai ngeprint 1 hal.
step 6 : buka tutup printer
step 7 : cabut kabel power
step 8 : lepaskan catridge 40 dan 41
step 9 : pasang kabel power
step 10 : tekan tombol power
step 11 : buka tutup scaner
step 12 : masukan catridge 40 dan 41
